Melon — Rhythm Masters — November 10, 2001, DNA Lounge

Rhythm Masters are Steve McGuinness and Robert Chetcuti, a Brighton UK production duo who met in Malta around 1990. They are known for their remix of Jaydee’s Plastic Dreams and for running Disfunktional Recordings. By November 2001 their debut album was out via Neo (UK) and Tommy Boy Silver (US); they headlined Melon at DNA Lounge on November 10, 2001.

Red Melon
Dano (AKA Daniel Hruby) is the Founder and owner of underground dance music label Red Melon Records. Formed in 1997, the label showcased the burgeoning West Coast Sound movement that reigned in the new century of underground rave and club music. Dano, a DJ and producer of techno and house music, has headlined major clubs around the world, including London's Fabric, Singapore's Zouk, and with label Partner JZ (Jay Zimmermann) produced Underground events Melon and Watermelon boat parties from 2000 onward.
