Therapy Remixes, released in 2024, marked Red Melon's return to action, with Dano and Liam Connolly delivering three warm West Coast deep and tech house club mixes. The Rhythm Mix swings on 909-ish hats, dense shakers and a thick rolling sub, with a pitched-down spoken mantra, "the rhythm, the funk, the soul," under dub-techno stabs and cavernous tape delay. Dano's Sweetest Dub hands the hook to a soulful deep male vocal, keeping chord stabs sparse and the space open. Dano's Melon Dub stretches across an eight-minute arc of bouncy dub bass and atmospheric filter stabs. Analog weight, late-night emotion.
